Wudang Dragon Sword – Opening

This is the first class in this series. I covered the opening, some fundamentals for sword, the opening, and the first three movements.

I added a leg set that will be repeated. I also spent some time on the idea behind what we are doing. That there should be a connection between the actual movement and what it might represent.
