Wudang Qigong – Sets 6, 7, and 9
This morning we are paying attention to the upper body. Other times, we have paid more attention to the lower body. Today, we worked on sets 6, 7, 9 with a focus on using the upper body, opening the jia ji, the gate in the center of the back, so that there is a continuous flow up the back.
